After winning your tender, we have a simple 4 step process to ensure that you get the best service:
- Book the date for your fitting - to make sure we can give you the best service we ask for a ten day heads up.
- A 2-day waterproofing call will be made before the fit date; we'll also ask you to ensure the plot is ready for our fitters to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Fitters arrive on-site the morning of the agreed date and start work after following all site protocols and pre-site checks.
- Fitters finish off the fits with a final clean with our 'LA Fragrance' and flooring protection laid before getting the work checked by an on-site team member.
